This national gathering is for Two-Spirit, trans, non-binary, & gender-diverse people, 2SLGBTQ-allied advocates, legal professionals, community organizers, and allies.
More than a conference, this is a space for connection, skill-sharing, political education, and movement-building grounded in trans justice. Together, we’ll sharpen our tools, share strategies, and build joy-fueled resistance to transphobia in and beyond the legal system.
Come to deepen your skills and leave better equipped to support trans justice in action. Join facilitated conversations that reflect on the legal past, name the challenges of the present, and imagine bold futures. This is one step on the path toward trans liberation.
What to Know and Share
This trans-led conference intends to build power across trans people and communities nationwide and explore legal and community-based responses to transphobia. What to expect:
Workshops led by trans legal experts, organizers, and community members.
Skills-building for lawyers, legal workers, and law students.
Community care spaces, art, and opportunities to rest and connect.
Action-oriented conversations about dismantling legal violence, protecting trans lives, rooted in abolition.

We’re proud to support the Lawyers Against Transphobia National Conference—a trans-led, grassroots gathering for trans and allied organizers working at the intersections of law, care, and community defense. For two and a half days, movement builders, legal workers, and frontline advocates will come together to:
